the problem with blogging about...

...delcious food.

It is so hard to remember to take pictures before everything is devoured! I'm working on it...I just finished a major project so hopefully I will have a lot more time to do some exploration for new food delights!

Delicious fish tacos in Pgh? Impossible!

Today I had a delicious food treat that inspired me finally to start posting about all the delicious food I find in this city. Being a SoCal girl transplanted to the land of the Primanti sando I thought I had to get on a plane to have a delicious fish taco. I'm happy to say I was wrong! At the Penn Ave Fish Co they have Taco Tuesdays - 9 bucks for all you can eat fish tacos that are fresh and delicious! They come with this great sriracha crema and crunchy slaw that blend so well with the incredibly fresh fish. I do wish they had some soft corn tortillas as a choice but I'm not complaining! They aren't the traditional lightly fried fish pieces they are a grilled combo of salmon and mahi mahi - so delicious. I put down 6 - my three friends and I together ate 34. Bargain.




p.s. I can't wait to go back to try the sushi - it looks terrific!
